Polska północna (powyżej autostrady A2): SALES REPRESENTATIVE (polygraphy)
We are a provider of innovative solutions for conventional, blended and digital print production environments. We provide technologies, services and products that help print providers streamline processes, optimize efficiencies and broaden services. We present solutions for digital printing, prepress, workflow, high volume and wide format inkjet printing.
POSITION SUMMARY
Actively sell Digital and prepress equipment including workflow solutions and advise potential customers in the sales district assigned, in accordance with the strategies and guidelines. Primarily responsible for achieving agreed sales targets and to meet the approved budget result.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keep customers in assinged territory updated on new products and information.
- Canvass the territory for new customers
- Be customer responsible and act as contact person for chosen customers
- Develop the sales penetration and market shares in the territory
- Ensure a dynamic sales approach with a high degree of consultative professionalism in order to maintain market shares and expand the customer platform
- Take a pro-active approach in Sales/Customer contacts and invite customers to demonstrations in the showroom, at reference customers and/or arrange small “events” for customers in order to build up relationships and derive maximum sales
- Contribute to the sales management decision process through a pro-active attitude i.e. show creativity and come forward with proposals and relevant information to management
- Closely cooperate with colleagues, Product Specialists and Project Leaders
- Demonstrate excellence in market intelligence i.e. keep your manager informed of competitor activities within your territory, and report any lost orders immediately with a view to “learning from experience”, thereby enabling management to design counter-measures together with suppliers
- Keep your customer database updated in details to the degree defined by management
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications/ Experience
- Have a profound knowledge of Graphic Arts Industry
- Skilled in selling technical equipment/solutions i.e. ability to sell technical configurations supported by economic/benefit arguments
- Able to structure complicated solutions based on profitable financial model
- Experience in a similar sales position, in a sales environment
- Bachelor Degree in Business or similar experience required
- Knowledge of Polish printing industry and market required including relevant personal contacts
- Polish and good English
